and a performance record of 27 years, this proven – and improved – technology
will meet the needs of almost any project. Available in 6”, 8”, and 10” sizes
with 45 and 90° corners.

The strength of concrete posts, connected with 3-1/2” solid concrete webs,
provides extraordinary structural performance with minimal material. With the
same 4-hour fire rating as all other PolySteel forms, the PS•3000 can be used in
any commercial or residential application – all while using 25% less concrete
than a comparable flat wall form.
Ease of Use
The
new PS•3000 series tongue-and-groove design makes this
form reversible
and easy to install on the job site. The markings on each side of the recessed
attachment studs provide an easy guide for proper alignment of both the studs
and the concrete
cores. The 1-1/2” width of each stud provides a generous surface area for mechanically securing any
type of wall covering desired. The recessed attachment stud also allows for easy
application of synthetic stuccos without any additional preparation work.
